PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL

Co-ordination with hospitals and doctors- This includes collecting information on your needs and medical history, communicating your needs with the doctors and hospitals in our network, discussing treatment options with you, scheduling and confirming your appointments with the selected specialty clinic/ hospital.

Arranging for consultation with our medical specialist by email / telephone, if required.

Securely transferring photos, transcripts or medical reports, and other information as required by your medical specialist.

Provide Pre and Post operative information for your procedures.

Procuring a quotation from the hospital and doctor for your selected procedure(s), if required.

Organizing all formalities with the hospital and hospital registration prior to departure.

Confirming appointments with medical specialists/ clinical tests/ hospitalization.

Providing tourist information (places of interest, activities, shopping, etc) that you may be able to do whilst recovering.

Answering specific questions to assist in alleviating any concerns about your future experience.

Registering your travel with the government authorities.

Financing can be arranged through our alliance partner.

* Dietician will visit the patient regularly and the diet will be served as per the instruction of Dietician at the time of discharge diet chart will be provided.

* Discharge Summary and all the reports will be handed over to you at the time of discharge.
